All types of complaint contents related to the company businesses such as product quality, market, customer maintenance, customer service, goods transportation and etc.

Marketing&Sales: company marketing&sales regulation, product price, logistics & transportation and staff's professional ethics.

Customer Service: professions, service attitudes, service efficiency and etc. Product Quality: product quality, application, technique and etc.

 Complaint Handling

Leaders of JK pay high attention to customer complaints. Your complaint will be directly forwarded to mailboxes of the Chairman & General Manager of the company and will be directly handled by the General Manager of the company; the final solution will be executed after General Manager's approval;

We will reply our customers in written form and communicate with customers by telephone on the main complaint contents and problems the day receiving complaint email from customers. Related staff and department will communicate with customers and propose solutions within 7 working days after receiving complaints. The solutions will be executed based on approval of both sides. Once the complaints be solved, customer service staff of JK will follow up and call back customers regularly to avoid reoccurring of similar complaints;

Customers can comment on their satisfaction on the process.
