Comments, Complaints & Suggestions

Guidelines: We take all types of comments, complaints and suggestions related to any aspect of our company such as product quality, marketing & sales, maintenance, customer service, goods transportation, etc.

Customer Service: Professional and service attitudes, service efficiency. Product Quality: Product quality, application, improvements.

Complaints: Here at JK, we truly value the feedback we receive from our clients and give the utmost attention to complaints and suggestions. Complaints will be forwarded directly to the mailbox of the Chairman & CEO of the company and handled directly by him. A response will be issued promptly after being reviewed by the General Manager and customer service team. We will issue a response at the behest of our General Manager in both a written summary and a detailed response by phone in which we will review the complaints with our clients and go over the important points, usually within 1-2 days after the email is received. The related staff and department will communicate with customers and clients and propose a solution(s) within 7 working days after receiving a complaint. The solutions will be executed once approved by both parties. Once the complaints are resolved, clients may receive future follow up calls from our customer service staff in order to stay updated on the end results of the changes made. This also helps us to serve our clients to the best of our abilities and to uphold the utmost satisfaction for our clients and customers and the consumers of our product, as well as to avoid further problems in the future. We appreciate each and every one of our customers and your feedback helps us to reach our goal of producing the best sucralose product on the market.
